Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; ABET accreditation preferred.
• 11+ years of related work experience in structural/hydropower engineering.
• Engineering licensure or registration required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide design efforts on Hydropower projects using advanced engineering techniques.
• Provide technical guidance and supervise staff on hydropower assignments.
• Develop, validate, and present specialist outputs; participate in budgeting and scheduling.
• Collaborate with client and project teams to address key interests.
• Mentor junior staff and support knowledge management and process improvement.
