The firm focuses on delivering practical, results-driven outcomes with staff across the United States and beyond. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Requires PE license and 20 years of hydraulic engineering experience.
• Master's degree preferred; travel up to 25% monthly.
• Experience with large water resources projects: dams, energy, fisheries, infrastructure, or natural resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discussions, meetings, and workshops for project teams and clients.
• Ensure all work elements meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Initiate and lead marketing and business development pursuits.
• Identify opportunities with new and existing clients to support growth.
• Prepare and oversee deliverables: reports, drawings, specifications across components.
• Lead QA/QC reviews per client requirements and company policies.
• Manage project and organizational risks related to deliverables.
