Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking Sr/Development Project Managers to lead design, preconstruction, and construction delivery across large-scale data center campuses. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder coordination from planning through turnover.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction and strong experience with data centers, MEP infrastructure, and large-scale delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction/project management.
• Strong experience with data centers, MEP infrastructure, or large-scale construction delivery.
• Experience managing GCs, vendors, schedules, budgets, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Design Build, CMAR, or Lump Sum delivery models and mission critical environments.
