Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centers or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, MEP, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, MEP teams, subs, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that may impact delivery.
• Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
