Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of data center infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. You will develop schedules, manage costs, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires strong client engagement, proposal writing, budgeting, and coordination with design teams, suppliers and subcontractors. On-site leadership and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience.
• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Experience delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within a site.
• Establish program schedule and manage targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Consult with clients, prepare proposals, and manage project costs.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers and subcontractors to execute scope.
• Direct and supervise project team on-site and in office; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets, track costs, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and cost controls; manage risks.
