Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex data center and cabling projects at a designated site.

You will drive planning, execution, and client engagement while coordinating a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and technicians. You will develop schedules, manage costs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met, with a track record of delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environments.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification is preferred; BICSI RCDD or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration; strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site level.
• Develop program schedules and ensure targets for schedule, cost, functionality, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are met.
• Coordinate resources, estimate costs, and support design and value engineering during pre-construction.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Monitor and control project budgets, procurement, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and CBRE standards; oversee safety and quality programs.
