Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to lead exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate teams toward operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; establish work schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management: procurement, planning, execution.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, and closeout are accurate and timely.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Work cross-functionally with other business lines to meet objectives.
• Identify complex project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader department impact and drive improvements.
