Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Experience delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget with quality and safety.
• Contract negotiation and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget projects from inception to completion.
• Develop program schedules and milestones; manage resources and costs.
• Consult with clients, prepare proposals, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead teams on-site and in-office; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare contracts, oversee procurement, and manage supplier relationships.
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental programs across the project.
