PlotterPro is an established Austin print-technology dealer focused on managed services and recurring revenue. We seek a high-accountability closer to own discovery, proposals, and closing within a hybrid inside/outside sales model.

• Demonstrated B2B consultative sales closing experience.
• Strong phone and video selling skills.
• Accurate CRM discipline (HubSpot).
• Ability to understand technical products and explain business value.
• Willingness to conduct selective local customer visits.

Responsabilidades

• Convert inbound calls, web inquiries and referrals into closed deals.
• Own established customer relationships and expand into supplies, service and managed print contracts.
• Run discovery conversations with business owners, operations managers and technical buyers.
• Develop competitive equipment proposals with leasing and service options.
• Follow up with urgency and precision; maintain a clear action path.
• Partner with service, operations and the CEO on demos, pricing exceptions and strategic deals.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting weekly.
• Help refine messaging, quoting, and sales plays with a future SDR.
