Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive production print solutions within an assigned territory.

You will identify key decision makers, grow new business, and lead high-value deals from qualification to close with customers in the graphic arts space. The role requires 5+ years in commercial print sales, deep knowledge of production workflows, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial print experience.
• Direct experience selling into commercial printers, CRDs, in‑plants, or graphic arts environments.
• Strong understanding of production print workflows (prepress, color, finishing, production output).
• Experience with production devices (mono/color, sheetfed and/or roll‑fed).
• Proven success managing complex, high‑value sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate assigned accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Drive new business opportunities and place Canon equipment, software, and solutions in new and existing accounts.
• Identify customer requirements, competitive activity, and market trends, and communicate findings to management.
• Develop territory and account plans that address both short- and long-term customer needs.
• Provide ongoing marketing, technical, and administrative support to ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Position Canon production print technology, services, software, and third-party solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term partnerships and account growth.
• Generate new market share through strategic prospecting and effective use of available resources.
