LG Electronics is seeking an Area Technical Specialist to serve as a key technical resource for HVAC Contractors, Distributors, and Manufacturer Representatives. You will interpret wiring schematics, troubleshoot VRF systems, and lead technical training while coordinating jobsite visits and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have extensive HVAC experience, travel availability up to 75%, and strong communication and documentation skills to support residential and commercial products

Qualificações

• HVAC Vocational Diploma, Bachelor, or Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 15-20 years’ experience in the HVAC field or in a technical support role.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience supporting LG VRF & RLC systems in a technical support role.
• Able to travel up to 75%.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse client group.
• Proficiency in documentation creation and dispersion.
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Suite Programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical guidance via phone and email and resolve escalated system issues.
• Read, understand, and interpret wiring schematics for VRF systems.
• Coordinate jobsite visits and assist in training materials development.
• Develop regional service support strategies and manage aftermarket activities within region.
• Network with regional sales staff to foster technical relationships.
