LG Electronics, Inc. seeks an Area Technical Specialist to serve as a key technical resource for HVAC contractors, distributors, and manufacturer representatives.

You will provide expert technical guidance via phone and email, resolve escalated system issues, perform training, and support customer satisfaction by applying case management to VRF systems. This role involves interpreting wiring schematics, coordinating field visits, and developing technical training materials.

Qualificações

• HVAC diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years in HVAC or technical support.
• 3–5 years' experience supporting LG VRF & RLC systems.
• Able to travel up to 75%.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot in depth via phone and onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional service support strategies and actions.
• Interface with building owners and contractors on technical matters.
• Provide direct technical guidance via phone, email, and case support.
• Read and interpret wiring schematics to convey information.
• Coordinate with engineering and controls teams to resolve field issues.
• Schedule and conduct onsite service, training, and installation support.
