Trane Technologies is hiring a Ductless Technical Specialist to support field installation and startup of VRF and ductless products. The role involves close work with contractor customers and internal teams to ensure proper commissioning and post-sales success.

Requires at least 5 years in HVAC, willingness to travel, and strong public speaking skills. VRF experience preferred, with on-site work five days a week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation, service and/or troubleshooting.
• VRF experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation experience required.

Responsabilités

• Participate in VRF/Ductless post-sales product success.
• Monitor and measure processes to meet post-sales ductless needs including startup and beyond.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and advising corrective action.
• Provide technical product sales training to area office personnel and customers as needed.
• Conduct field training for customers in installation and troubleshooting of VRF and Ductless products.
• Troubleshoot VRF/Ductless products and assist customers in startup and commissioning.
