Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Product Training Leader for HVAC product lines. You will manage curricula, create hands-on exercises, and coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Field Teams to ensure training readiness for launches.

Travel up to 50% is required. The role blends technical training, content development, testing, and customer support, with opportunities to lead Trainer-to-Trainer programs and advance LG's academy operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum HVAC experience with technical training, service or content development.
• Ability to deliver clear, practical instructional materials and hands-on exercises.
• Experience with product testing and evaluating new product introductions.
• Strong collaboration with product management, engineering, and learning teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate across LG Academies.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for LG HVAC product lines, including new releases and enhancements.
• Develop curricula, instructor guides, student materials and hands-on labs.
• Create e-learning modules, videos, and digital learning resources; validate technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with product mgmt, engineering, and field teams for training readiness.
• Support Train-the-Trainer activities and provide technical direction to instructors.
