Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family rental homes. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and address repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires a strong background in general maintenance (5+ years), HVAC certification, EPA certification, and availability for on-call shifts, weekends, and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Experience with home maintenance across trades is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance and repairs.
• Operate safely and in compliance with regulations (EPA, OSHA).
• Interact professionally with residents and vendors.
