Job summary

Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to maintain and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance, while delivering high-quality resident service.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of maintenance experience, EPA and HVAC certifications, and the ability to work independently with basic tools and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ general service and maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• HVAC Certification is preferred; EPA preferred for refrigerants.
• Experience with residential appliances and systems is a plus.
• Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests promptly.
• Diagnose and replace defective components on HVAC equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Document work performed and communicate with residents effectively.
