Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our property management team. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in our single-family homes, with additional maintenance duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and EPA certifications, at least five years of general maintenance experience, and the ability to work on-call, weekends, and evenings. A valid driver’s license and own basic tools are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall).
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification are required/preferred.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation; valid driver’s license.
• Available for on-call, weekends and evenings as needed.

• Assess service requests and determine steps while delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in homes.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Report major repairs prior to expenditures; ensure safety compliance.
