Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of general maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, own basic tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to respond to on-call service, weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ general maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve service requests with strong customer service.
• Perform regular and emergency maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Report major repairs before expenditure.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Complete service requests promptly and maintain punctuality.
• On-call availability as needed.
