Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You will handle maintenance requests and ensure high-quality resident service.

The ideal candidate has HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong mechanical skills in electrical, plumbing and carpentry. A valid driver’s license and own tools are required, with on-call availability as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in residential settings preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair components in HVAC systems.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Replace or repair equipment and components as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
