Progress Residential is hiring a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, perform preventive maintenance, and handle service requests with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have EPA and HVAC certifications, at least 5 years of general maintenance experience, and own basic tools with reliable transportation. On-call work, weekends, and evenings may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• Technical College or Trade Program with HVAC Certification is preferred.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Experience with residential appliances and HVAC systems.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Complete service requests professionally and on schedule.
