Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our single-family rental homes. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient operation and minimal downtime while supporting residents and the property management team.

The role requires EPA and HVAC certifications, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC Certification from Technical College or Trade Program preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies and regulations.
