Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to maintain and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance while delivering a top-notch resident experience.

The role requires a minimum of five years of general service and maintenance experience, HVAC certification, EPA certification, and strong safety and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification or technical training is preferred.
• EPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair advanced issues and report major repairs before expenditure of funds.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interact with residents and contractors in a professional, courteous manner.
