Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned HVAC training professional to develop and deliver Technical Service programs for commercial HVAC products from the La Crosse training center. You will collaborate with engineering and field teams to design courses and update content, including eLearning modules.

The role focuses on Trane Chiller products, requires cross-functional coordination, and may involve travel to customer sites and regional offices throughout the Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years work experience in the commercial HVAC field.
• Strong understanding of Commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding/SME of Trane Chiller products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Technical Service training programs development and delivery at the La Crosse training center, regional Trane Commercial Sales Offices (CSO), and at various customer locations within Commercial HVAC Americas.
• Development of technical training courses using instructional systems design methodologies throughout the course design life cycle.
• Evaluation and update appointed training courses.
• Contribute to eLearning development acting as a content SME
• Collaborate with engineering in new product development activities.
• Potential of 25-30% travel at certain times of the year can be required in support of customer, corporate, and field office training events.
