Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned HVAC training professional to develop and deliver Technical Service programs for commercial HVAC products from the La Crosse training center. You will collaborate with engineering and field teams to design courses and update content, including eLearning modules.

Be a part of Trane University's development, planning, and delivery of asynchronous eLearning, instructor-led virtual and in-person technical service training programs on a variety of Trane commercial products as well as some fundamental HVAC training for Trane Commercial HVAC Americas. The target audience is Customers, Contractors and Trane Service Technicians. This role will provide functional leadership for the instructional team located at our La Crosse, WI training center in partnership with Davidson and White Bear Lake Training centers. This role requires extensive collaboration with leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues to meet business training needs. They will analyze learning needs and partner with subject matter experts, as necessary, to provide input for delivery of course content as well as plan and coordinate skill assessments and training. This role will have a larger focus on Trane’s Chiller products.
