Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on operation, maintenance, installation, and service of Rheem products.
• Offer detailed technical guidance including fault finding and installation recommendations.
• Document support activities accurately in the ticket system and ensure timely case closure.
• Notify management of issues affecting critical customers or product field failures.
• Develop, modify, and update service manuals and parts lists when needed.
• Provide training to colleagues as directed by management.
