Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering for residential and commercial HVAC families. You will drive end-to-end NPD projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

You will guide DFSS/DFMA practices, prepare BOMs and PCNs, and mentor junior engineers while delivering market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design and project engineering with a track record of releasing at least two product families.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development and engineering of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Manage NPD projects and track timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Lead product qualification programs and interface with regulatory agencies.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
