Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC product families.

You will manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams. The role requires a strong technical leader with 10+ years of experience in HVAC design, DFSS/DFMA,

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
Master's degree (MS) preferred in related field.

Responsabilidades

Lead design, optimization, and qualification of HVAC systems.
Manage end-to-end NPD projects including timelines and KPIs.
Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
Provide cross-functional guidance to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales/Marketing.
Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
