Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering for residential and commercial HVAC families. You will drive end-to-end NPD projects, ensure agency compliance, and provide cross‑functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience; track record of releasing at least two product families.
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal) is a plus.
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC system design, thermodynamics, and DoE/uncertainty analysis.
• Familiarity with DFSS/DFMA and regulatory/compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems using simulation, analytical methods, and experiments.
• Manage NPD projects, track timelines, costs, and KPIs across full product lifecycles.
• Lead product qualification programs and interface with regulatory agencies for compliance.
• Provide cross‑functional SME guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor engineers, drive data analysis initiatives, and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
