Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of our residential and commercial HVAC product families. This role manages end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects, drives agency compliance, and provides cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities include BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and presenting designs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.
• Extensive experience in product design and project engineering for HVAC
• Proven track record of releasing multiple product families

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and qualify residential and commercial HVAC systems using advanced simulation tools and experiments.
• Lead end-to-end NPD projects with timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Interface with regulatory and testing agencies to ensure compliance.
