Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Sales Application Engineer to partner with the sales team, translate customer needs into optimized Applied HVAC configurations, and prepare competitive technical proposals for large-scale projects.

You will lead due-diligence on equipment selection, pricing, and submittals, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across sales, engineering, and operations to improve win rates while ensuring compliance with standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology is required.
• 5+ years of HVAC application engineering or pre-sales technical support.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, and optimize Applied HVAC equipment selection for complex projects.
• Ensure quoting, sizing, and equipment specs meet customer requirements and standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and technical improvements in system selection.
