Job summary

Carrier is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional to join the Commercial Strategic Accounts Sales team. You will provide pre-sale and post-sale support to top-tier customers, review plans, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure HVAC solutions meet customer needs in a dynamic environment.

Based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones, you will travel up to 5% domestically, manage equipment selections, offer technical guidance, and help expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience preferred.
• Experience across residential, light-commercial and commercial Applied Equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist with plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
• Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Coordinate across multiple functions and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
• Support Sales Managers with new and existing accounts and product introductions.
