Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Commercial Strategic Accounts Sales team, providing pre-sale and post-sale support for top-tier customers. This role supports HVAC system solutions and requires effective communication with customers and internal teams.

The position is open to candidates in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone, with opportunities to collaborate across sales, engineering, manufacturing and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist with plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
• Effectively communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt to customer-specific requirements.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections for new and replacement projects.
• Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Coordinate across multiple functions to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and new products.
