Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or BA/BS in Arts/Sciences or Science Degree.
• 5+ years of solution sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience prioritized.
• Desire to understand the business and connect customers with services for efficient buildings.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC controls related solutions including financial and performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble acquisition teams as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by guiding the sales process and teams.
• Create and execute an account-specific business plan for profitable partnerships.
• Answer technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products.
