Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service Technician III – HVAC (Senior Level) to lead technical support and training for fellow technicians.

You will perform inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance to ensure HVAC systems deliver peak performance in commercial environments. In this role you will coordinate multi-technician service calls, manage customer relationships, and support on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• HVAC Unitary skills: split systems up to 120 tons, mini-splits up to 3 tons, VRV, RTUs up to 150+ tons, water-source heat pumps up to 120 tons, CRAC units.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses HVAC system performance through observation, testing and setup.
• Coordinates work on large projects and trains technicians.
• Completes service contracts, quotes, and on-call service calls; maintains customer relationships.
• Serves as front-line resource to technicians and coordinates subcontractors.
• Coordinates multi-tech service calls.
• Participates in technician on-call-stand-by rotation.
• Purchases materials and issues PO numbers.
• Safely drives company vehicle and adheres to safety requirements.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory on service vehicle.
