Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Diagnose HVAC system performance and tailor solutions to equipment and project needs.
- Coordinate work on large projects and troubleshoot on-site HVAC equipment.
- Complete service contracts and quoted projects while maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide guidance and training to service technicians to ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotation and manage inventory on service vehicles.
