Job summary

This role requires hands-on experience with split systems, mini-split systems, RTUs, chillers, and airside equipment, plus a high school diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred and relevant licenses must be held.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Must possess required registrations, professional licenses and/or certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize performance of HVAC systems (split, mini-split, RTU, chillers, airside equipment).
• Disassemble/reassemble HVAC equipment for troubleshooting and planned maintenance.
• Fulfill service contracts, quoted projects, and service calls.
• Explain work performed to customers and build relationships.
• Participate in on-call standby rotation per policy.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and inventory; purchase materials and issue POs.
