Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must possess required registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses HVAC system performance via inspection, testing and setup for equipment types (split systems up to 120 tons, VRV, RTUS, chillers etc.).
• Coordinates work on large projects and guides technicians; communicates with stakeholders.
• Completes service contracts and quotes; maintains customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Trains and provides guidance to service technicians; coordinates multi-tech service calls.
