Job summary

This role performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial environments. The position emphasizes advanced unitary, chiller, and airside skills, plus coordination of multi-tech service calls and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must possess required registrations, licenses, and certifications.
• 5-7 years of HVAC service experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses HVAC system performance through observation, testing and setup for equipment types up to 150+ tons.
• Coordinates work on large projects, disassembling/reassembling equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Completes service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls; maintains customer relationships.
