Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preference for a two-year technical degree in a related field.
• Must possess required registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications.
• 5-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses HVAC system performance through observation, testing and setup.
• Coordinates work processes on large projects and troubleshoots equipment.
• Completes service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls.
• Serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support.
• Coordinates multi-tech service calls.
