Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC (Senior Level) to deliver frontline technical support, inspections, testing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems ensuring reliability and performance across diverse facilities.

The role requires 5–7 years of HVAC experience, strong knowledge of unitary systems, chillers, airside equipment, and pumps, plus the ability to train and guide junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Required registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses HVAC system performance and conducts testing and setup on equipment up to 150+ tons.
• Coordinates work on large projects and guides technicians; communicates with stakeholders.
• Completes service contracts and quoted projects, maintaining customer relationships.
• Provides technical support to service technicians and coordinates subcontractors.
• Coordinates multi-tech service calls and participates in on-call rotation.
• Purchases materials and manages stock on service vehicles.
• Safely operates a vehicle following company policy and maintains tools/inventory.
