Qualifications

• Experience leading a service team and coordinating field technicians.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage budgets and operate under safety standards.
• Experience in scheduling and dispatch coordination.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Commercial Service Team.
• Manage and evaluate field technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide feedback.
• Ensure repairs and installs meet quality standards and permits as needed.
• Oversee scheduling with dispatcher to maximize productivity and profits.
• Ensure technicians are dispatched effectively.
• Assist technicians with field issues.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with technicians.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company requirements.
• Maintain departmental budget and meet company goals.
• Handle clerical duties related to technician paperwork and timekeeping.
• Pricing for special projects; oversee billing clerk.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
