Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Commercial Service Team.

• Coordinate workload with Dispatcher to optimize manpower and profitability.
• Ensure proper dispatching of Technicians and assist in-field issues.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with technicians and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure operations comply with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage departmental budget and meet company goals.
• Oversee billing processes and related clerical duties.

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Service Manager to provide support to our Commercial Service Technicians. Your daily routine will include leading a Service Department to meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering consistent quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Commercial Service Team.
• Manage and evaluate Field Technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs with Technicians and provide feedback.
• Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and, if necessary, all permits are obtained.
• Manage workload and schedules with Dispatcher to best utilize manpower and maximize profits.
• Ensure Technicians are being dispatched effectively.
• Assist Technicians with issues while in the field.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with Technicians.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Ensure all department operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and company requirements.
• Ensure all team members comply with OSHA safety standards.
• Manage and stay within departmental budget.
• Meet or exceed all company goals.
• Perform clerical duties associated with, but not limited to, Field Technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, expense reports, and timesheets.
• Price special projects.
• Oversee the billing clerk.
• Additional duties as needed.
