United Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager - HVAC Service to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing installations, service projects, and large-scale repairs from estimating through closeout. You will own project delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while managing multiple projects and bid opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Construction Management, or related field experience.
• 5–7+ years of project engineering experience in HVAC, MEP, or construction.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems (ductwork, piping, refrigeration, energy efficiency).
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, FastDUCT).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.

• Lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and installations.
• Track costs, manage changes, and support profitability.

• Manage vendor quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate resources.
• Drive sales by communicating solutions and pursuing opportunities.
• Ensure documentation and closeout packages are complete.
• Mentor support personnel and improve project execution.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to standards.
