MillTown Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Manager to lead our Commercial Service Team and drive exceptional customer service. You will supervise technicians, coordinate schedules with the dispatcher, and ensure high-quality repairs and installations with proper permits as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in a service leadership position, a strong customer-service mindset, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within field service.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues.
• Clean driving record and valid licensed driver.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Service Team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Evaluate and mentor Field Technicians; conduct ride-alongs and provide feedback.
• Ensure repairs and installations meet quality standards and obtain permits when required.
• Coordinate workload with Dispatch to maximize efficiency and profits.
• Supervise scheduling, dispatch, and field support to ensure on-time service delivery.
• Oversee billing processes and handle clerical duties related to field operations.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and manage departmental budget and quarterly goals.

We\'re seeking an experienced Commercial Service Manager to provide support to our Commercial Service Technicians. Your daily routine will include leading a Service Department to meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering consistent quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Commercial Service Team


• Manage and Evaluate Field Technicians


• Conduct Ride-Alongs with Technicians and provide feedback


• Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary, all permits are obtained


• Manage workload and schedules with Dispatcher to best utilize manpower and maximizes profits


• Ensure Technicians are being dispatched effectively


• Assist Technicians with issues while in the field


• Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with Technicians


• Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction


• Ensure all department operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and company requirements


• Ensure all team members comply with OSHA safety standards


• Manage and stay within departmental budget


• Meet or exceed all company goals


• Perform clerical duties associated with, but not limited to Field Technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, and expense reports, timesheets


• Pricing Special Projects


• Overseeing the billing clerk


• Additional duties as needed
