Qualifications

Extensive experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems across commercial/industrial settings.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
Proven ability to lead and mentor field teams with hands‑on training.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and refrigeration units.
Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial and industrial equipment.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Manage refrigerant handling, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and HVAC/R codes.
Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands‑on training and evaluating skill development.
Track parts inventory, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate service calls to meet business priorities.
Participate in on‑call rotation to support critical operational needs outside standard hours.
