Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications include HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration experience.
Preferred: 2-year HVAC/R program or AAS in HVAC/R and related certifications.
Licenses: EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant handling certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Manage refrigerant handling, inventory, and vendor relations per OSHA/EPA.
Coordinate and mentor field teams; participate in on-call rotations.
Maintain vehicles and ensure safety and policy compliance.
Collaborate with partners to optimize facility operations.
