Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• HVAC/R knowledge for commercial/industrial environments.
• EPA refrigerant handling certifications and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead and mentor field teams and coordinate service calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
• Lead diagnostics for mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage refrigerant handling per OSHA/EPA rules.
• Coordinate field teams, provide hands-on training, and evaluate skills.
• Maintain documentation: work orders, logs, and expenses.
• Support on-call rotations for urgent service needs.
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships.
