Hussmann is seeking a skilled HVAC/R technician to maintenance, diagnose and repair refrigeration systems in supermarkets, convenience stores and cold storage facilities. You will operate with a strong safety mindset and drive continuous improvement across service calls.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with HVAC-R technical training or 5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certifications, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School/GED and HVAC-R Training or 5 years of HVAC/HVAC-R experience required
• Technical degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years HVAC experience with a tech degree recommended

Responsabilités

• Performs prescribed, routine maintenance procedures on supermarket refrigeration systems and self-contained merchandisers.
• Match customer needs with potential sales opportunities; manage truck inventory; handle orders, receipts, billing and parts with minimal waste.
• Manage assigned company vehicle; keep it clean and perform required maintenance on time.
• Complete necessary documents and electronic communication accurately; use hand-held devices for paperwork and invoicing.
