Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required for construction/engineering fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical audiences.
• Experience with project management processes and scheduling is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic software tools for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex HVAC equipment construction projects of $3M+ scope.
• Travel to customer sites occasionally for meetings and troubleshooting (DC market).
• Ensure on-time, within-budget project execution and accurate billings.
• Manage costs, subcontractors, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and Johnson Controls policies.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and field teams to allocate resources.
