Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division to lead on-site control systems projects, planning, executing, and completing them with assigned customers. Ideal candidates have HVAC controls knowledge, strong communication, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical associate's degree with four years of field experience in HVAC/building automation.
• Hands-on experience in design and commissioning of digital HVAC/building automation controls.
• Ability to lead projects and communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site control systems projects and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, installers, and technicians to ensure installation quality.
• Provide work direction and ensure profitable project execution (costs, billings, cash flow).
• Maintain safety, ethics, and adherence to Johnson Controls standards across projects.
